We support authentication exclusively through Google, Facebook, or Apple accounts. Here's what we collect:
a. Social Account Information
We collect your name, email address, and avatar URL as provided by your Google/Facebook/Apple account.
b. Content Data
- Room Images & Floor Plans you upload or draw (JPG/PNG ≤ 8 MB, and vector/sketch data)
- Prompts & Project Metadata (text prompts, selected room type/style, project names)
c. Usage Data
- Design Requests: timestamps and counts of renders, features used (AI design, editing tools)
- Ads Interaction: records of rewarded-ad completions required to unlock renders, watermark removal, or HD downloads
d. Device Information
- Device model, operating system/version, and App version
- Crash reports and diagnostic logs (for stability improvement)
Note: We do not collect or store any other personal data (e.g., manual email/password entries).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide Core Services: Generate AI renders, save projects, enable editing tools
- Enforce Ad-View Requirements: Verify ad completions before rendering or removing watermarks/HD downloads
- Personalize Experience: Remember your preferred room styles, presets, and UI settings
- Improve & Maintain the App: Diagnose errors, optimize performance, and develop new features
- Support & Communication: Respond to your support requests and send important updates
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is protected through multiple security measures:
- Local & Cloud Storage: Projects are stored locally and, if backup is enabled, encrypted in our cloud storage (e.g., AWS S3)
- Encryption: Data in transit uses HTTPS encryption; sensitive data at rest is encrypted on our servers
- Access Controls: We restrict data access to authorized personnel and use industry-standard safeguards
4. Third-Party Services
We partner with trusted third parties for specific functionalities:
- Analytics: Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics
- Advertising: Google AdMob, Unity Ads
- AI Rendering: Replicate or in-house AI hosting
- Cloud Storage & CDN: AWS S3, CloudFront
