1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HomeAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Whenever we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you in-app or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Privacy

Your use of HomeAI is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it to understand our practices.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. User Accounts

Registration: You may be required to register an account and provide a valid email address.
Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

6. Ads, Watermarks & HD Content

Ad Requirement: Each time you initiate a render or remove a watermark, you must view a brief ad.
Watermark Removal: You may remove the App watermark from your rendered image only after completing the ad view.
HD Download: High-definition image downloads require viewing an ad.
No Subscription Needed: All paid features are unlocked solely by ad views; no subscription is required.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the App.
Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
Transmitting any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the App.
Using the App to generate fraudulent or misleading information.
Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

Use at your own risk: While we work hard to make HomeAI secure and reliable, you use it at your own risk. We can't be responsible for any damages or losses related to using or not being able to use HomeAI.

No liability for: Lost data, device problems, conflicts with other apps, or unauthorized access that HomeAI didn't prevent.

Maximum liability: In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for premium features (if any) in the past 12 months.

This doesn't affect: Your statutory rights as a consumer, which may provide additional protections depending on your location.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Windx Studio and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, UK, or US, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Hanoi, Vietnam. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these terms: If we need to make changes, we'll notify you through the app and post updated terms here.

15. Delete Account

We respect your right to delete your account and associated personal data. Please review the following terms regarding account deletion:

How to Request Deletion: You can request account deletion at any time by:
- Going to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app, or
- Contacting us directly at [email protected].
Data That Will Be Deleted: When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:
- Your personal information (such as name, email, and profile details)
- Any user-generated content associated with your account
- Any saved preferences or history
Data Retention (Legal or Security Reasons): Some information may be retained for a limited time if required by:
- Applicable law or regulatory obligations
- Security, fraud prevention, or abuse investigations
Effect of Deletion: Once deleted, your account and associated data cannot be recovered. You will lose access to all app features, data, and content linked to that account.
Third-Party Services: If your account is linked to third-party services (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook), deleting your app account will not automatically delete your account on those platforms. Please refer to their respective privacy policies to manage your data there.
Contact Information: If you experience any issues while deleting your account or wish to confirm deletion, please contact our support team at [email protected].

How you'll know: We'll change the "Last Updated" date and highlight significant changes in the app.

Your choices: If you don't agree with updated terms, you can stop using HomeAI. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

Notice period: We'll try to give at least 30 days notice for major changes that affect your rights.
